I just realised that I almost exclusively have crushes on commedians.

I also seem to spend most of my internet time on the Sherlock kinkmemes. There's a plethora of weird goodness -or good weirdness?- on those lj.

I spend my free time reading medical books or books about language, and liking it.

I love discovering new singers/bands and spend hours just listening to them.

I abhor having to socialize.

I therefore think I'm a nerd.

Should I be worried?

 Right.
I like Kpop, I really do. They have gorgeous and extremely talented artists, with beautiful voices.
I like Kdramas. I really do. They have very talented actors and... plots. Sort of.

But I can't stand any of those "the-girl-is-so-sick-but-I-love-her-so-much-bohoo-it's-so-sad-everybody-cries" plots!! Korean "things" like the MVs, Kdramas and Kmovies tell the same story every time. Can't they just think of something else?! Isn't there anything else romantic for them than a sick girl dying? Or a sick guy... It's rarer, but it's the SAME THING.
Seriously, I've seen a fair number of Kdramas/movies/MVs, and it's the freaking same plot in every one of them, they just change the names.
And I use "plot" very wrongly. The story is just the girl dying. The love story doesn't have any depth at all, the other characters are almost inexistant, and whatever plot devive used in the storyline looks like it poped up in the writer's mind 2 seconds before shooting.

I'm just sick of it... I wonder if Korean people [largely girls, I imagine] really love all that THAT MUCH? Don't they grow tired of seeing the exact same thing 36 times a year in 36 different forms?

Please, Korea, use a little imagination... or you're gonna lose me forever.
Yes, it's a freaking huge loss.

On another note, I need a dog. I'm gonna get a dog soon...

 ITUNES. I HATE YOU.

no, scratch that : I hate everything from Apple. I don't know if it's only because I'm used to PCs, but Apple stuff is fucking incomprehensible.
With Itunes there's always something that doesn't work somewhere. And it's slow. And it's not helping at all. And it does stuff for me that I didn't ask it to do, messing with my music and my videos, even messing with my computer itself. And it's ugly.

Iphones? The tactile stuff doesn't work. And if it does, it's a nightmare to operate. I would say that all tactile stuff is like that, not just Iphones... but no. Blackberries are awesome and smooth.

Ipad? ...What's the use? Okay, so, I'm addicted to Angry Birds on my sister's Ipad. But tons of people got hooked on Farmville, so, it doesn't mean anything concerning the quality of the merchandise.

Ipod? I had one. It worked for one week before stopping altogether. I had it changed. The new one lasted five days.I still don't know why.

Istores? Oh GOD I hate those places!! The people working here aren't supposed to be my friends. Stop trying to be my friends! >.<

Macs? Hellz no. I hate the interface. Ohhhhhh yes it's sooooo futuristic and revolutionnaryyyyyyy! ... well, no, it isn't. It's just boring and incomprehensible and trying too hard to please me, without success.

... And Itunes is shitting me right now. I can't listen to my music. Yes, it's the one and only reason for this post : I WANT MY MUSIC BACK, you bastard!!!
God I hate this thing...

TRAFFIC JAM. How do they work?!

Honestly, I live quite a big city. I know the statistics tell me 'bigger the city is, the higher are the chances of gridlock'. But, really?! The bigger the city is, the higher is the number of roads, isn't it? So, why?
It took me AN HOUR to reach my home, which was at 1 MILE from where I was. One. Mile.
So, I've come to this conclusion : there is only 2 roads in the entire town. All the inhabitants are forced to take those two roads to go or return from work. That is the only explanation I see for this.

On another, less shallow note : North Korea is going coo-coo pants. )

... If only Superman was real T_T

Oh, wait, maybe not xD

Huh...

All right. I've had this journal for years, or so... and I abandoned it completely. I think it's time I make something more with it than just let it die in a corner, unloved and unnoticed like a stale biscuit under the bed.

Sooo, I'll try to be active? Yeah? Come on, I can do it... [I'm also talking to myself. Isn't that the first sign of insanity or something?]

I still don't have the slightest idea of what those blue things I use as a moodtheme are, though.
